Warranty Policy

CPL Racing Services and Own Label Products Warranty Policy 

CPL Racing warrants is own label products and workshop services to be free from defects for a period of 1 year for normal use and service from the invoice date, subject to terms.

Warranty is offered for the original purchaser and will be valid only for the use as specified by CPL Racing.  Misuse, abuse, disassembly, negligence, self-repair, alteration or accidental damage howsoever caused will void this warranty.

Parts returned must be determined by CPL Racing to be defective before any warranty claim is authorised.  CPL Racing’s obligation under warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing or re-working any part proven defective.

For any warranty claim we will require a copy of the CPL Racing invoice and details of the warranty claim which must be sent to us by email.  Once this has been provided we will forward an RMA number for the item to be returned.  Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

CPL Racing shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including but not limited to claims for delay, loss of profits, or labour. CPL Racing shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part subject to this warranty. There are no other warranties expressed or implied extending beyond those set out above.
